Hi! I am Thilo
I am a passionate and curious product manager with extensive experience in supporting start-ups, medium-sized and well-established companies through their digital transformation journeys, particularly in the SaaS and B2B sectors.
My mission is to unlock product teams that feel like they are spinning their wheels and are not delivering the impact they could. In contrast to consultants and coaches my approach is not focused on what you should do, but getting it done.

Outcome > Output
The goal is to create products that create value by impacting customers regular behavior.
Purpose > Frameworks
Critical thinking and pragmatism trump blind adherence to frameworks. These are often helpful but only means to an end and context-dependent.
Enablement > Outsourcing
I don’t take product orders. Either we build a product and product team together or you are better off contacting an IT agency. I would be happy to introduce to a couple I have worked with in the past.
